RSVP Coordinator
Job Summary:
The RSVP Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of initiating, planning and coordinating the RSVP events for lead generation. Utilizing proven department processes, procedures and training this position will lead RSVP activities for the market under the direction for the market’s Events Manager. The goal of this role is to generate qualified appointments with homeowners for design consultants in the most efficient manner all the while positively representing Renewal by Andersen. This position will be required to split your time between the office and locations where the RSVPs will take place. The position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to researching areas for a RSVP event based on market analysis, locating a facility based on costs and capabilities, working with vendors to create mailing pieces for designated area’s mailed invitations , screening potential attendees to become qualified guests at event, coordinating event details with venue, presenting presentation at actual event and setting qualified appts at event, both personally and coaching event agents to do so as well.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING – THE ROLE
Conduct six to eight lead generation events monthly
Research designated areas to conduct lead-generation event based on heat maps of sales, best towns report and feedback from Sales Management and Event Manager.
Present event proposal to mgr for final approval prior to confirming/proceeding with commitments for events
Coordinate invitations and distribution with appropriate vendors, with event management approval for all budget related decisions
Take the phone calls to qualify and schedule attendees to RSVP event with the goal of a set rate of 65% – 75%
Coordinate event with venue to ensure proper signage, flow of activities including functional A/V and seating is prepared prior to event
Motivate and coach event agents to set qualified leads at event
Lead or assist with presenting pitch deck at event to invited guests
Work with Inside Sales Center to coordinate the scheduling of RSVP event leads
Drive growth and profit of this lead source including a Cost of Marketing % of 15% – 20%
